We are conveniently located on East Main Street next to Hill City Hardware and Krull’s Market.:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8-4
Tuesday: 11-6

We accept all insurance and are preferred providers for Delta Dental, Metlife AND United Healthcare.

We also accept Medicaid.  Financing is available through CareCredit.
