Alexander Drilling, Inc.

Alexander Drilling, Inc. has been in business since 1971, and is located just outside of Hill City. We specialize in hard rock drilling of water wells, in addition to pumping systems sales and service  in the Black Hills.

We are well known in the area for our professionalism, quality workmanship, and knowledge in the water well industry. We are a licensed driller and pump installer in the States of South Dakota & Wyoming. This license requires us to do continuing education, which we do at the local and national level, keeping us current and up to date in new practices within our industry. We are members of the SD Water Well Association and the National Groundwater Association.

We drill water wells for new construction, repair, rehabilitate, deepen, and abandon existing wells. We also drill exploration wells, test and monitor wells for mining and environmental purposes, and geothermal wells.

In addition to drilling wells, we sell and install new pumps, and repair existing pump systems. We are also able to provide hydro-fracturing of water wells which can improve the production of your well.

We provide services to residential, commercial, governmental and mining agencies in the Black Hills area and look forward to working with you
