My grandparents visited Sylvan Lake for their honeymoon in 1949 and fell in love with the Black Hills, returning many summers with their children, grandchildren and now great-grandchildren. They even owned a hotel in Custer for many years. The amazing beauty of this special place made my family want to call it our home!
